Last updated 31 May 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Cavalry Collective Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201938092W), a company registered in Singapore ("Cavalry", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The website and our services
This website is an informational and marketing site. It describes our services but does not itself constitute an offer to contract. Any engagement for our services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Cavalry, and the terms of that agreement prevail over anything on this site.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to infringe the rights of others.
3. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, and the Cavalry name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Cavalry and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
Ownership of work produced during a client engagement is dealt with in the separate agreement for that engagement, not by these site terms.
4. Third-party services and links
The site links to third-party services, including our Microsoft Bookings scheduling page. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy notices.
5. No warranty
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, for general information only. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and nothing on the site is professional advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cavalry will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the “last updated” date shown on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
